Project Goal

Deploy revenue generating e-mail marketing strategy & campaigns for startup children’s haircare brand to increase brand awareness & foster a strong online community.

Introduction

  • Undergo brand analysis and deep dive of company’s goals and challenges to orchestrate the design and implementation of automation templates and campaign strategy. 
  • Developed a personalized email content strategy beginning with setup of essential automated dynamic web & mobile specific flows and forms to capture new customers and bring them into the funnel. 
  • Designed and created custom on brand templates for all flows & newsletters that adhere to brand guidelines and expand on all visual elements as well as creating email copy consistent with brand voice and messaging.

Implementation

  • Strategized initial welcome offer to produce an actively engaged subscriber list. 
  • Created a series of automated flows by way of strategic design, including welcome series, abandoned cart, abandoned checkout, browse abandonment, & post purchase review request follow up.
  • After initial flows & sequences are set, undergo a strategy session forecasting 12 weeks of specialized campaigns with specific CTA’s based on upcoming product launches, holidays, promotions, customer testimonials, product highlights, etc.
