Deploy revenue generating e-mail marketing strategy & campaigns for startup children’s haircare brand to increase brand awareness & foster a strong online community.
Introduction
Undergo brand analysis and deep dive of company’s goals and challenges to orchestrate the design and implementation of automation templates and campaign strategy.
Developed a personalized email content strategy beginning with setup of essential automated dynamic web & mobile specific flows and forms to capture new customers and bring them into the funnel.
Designed and created custom on brand templates for all flows & newsletters that adhere to brand guidelines and expand on all visual elements as well as creating email copy consistent with brand voice and messaging.
Implementation
Strategized initial welcome offer to produce an actively engaged subscriber list.
Created a series of automated flows by way of strategic design, including welcome series, abandoned cart, abandoned checkout, browse abandonment, & post purchase review request follow up.
After initial flows & sequences are set, undergo a strategy session forecasting 12 weeks of specialized campaigns with specific CTA’s based on upcoming product launches, holidays, promotions, customer testimonials, product highlights, etc.
